It's a very simple and easy process:

• Step 1: Create / Sign in to your account on this page.
• Step 2: Request to become a vendor from this page (subject to approval).
• Step 3: Bring the item(s) for sale to our auction house during business hours.

With this, we now know who we are working with, and have an actual item the we can now auction on your behalf. After approval you can visit your sellers dashboard and view/share the link of your auction items once we've loaded them on the system. You will also be able to keep an eye on current bids on all your items from one spot. Awesome right!

NOTE: WE WILL NOT AUCTION ANY ITEM THAT WE DO NOT HAVE IN OUR POSSESSION, EVEN IF YOU DO HAVE AN EXISTING VENDOR ACCOUNT.

Once the weekend's auctions are over, users have 48hrs to complete a payment for their winning bids. Vendor payouts take place 7 working days after conclusion of auction (Please read our Returns & Exchange policy)

After we've processed orders, vendors can download their Payout Sheet in .pdf format, which they must fill out, sign and use as an invoice to Auction Online (PTY) Ltd:

• Step 1: Download your Payout Sheet from the sellers dashboard.
• Step 2: Print, fill & sign your payout sheet.
• Step 3: Scan & Email your payout sheet to the Auctionline email address on the payout sheet.

NB. Submitting your signed payout sheet is required for us to make a payout.

Once the weekend's auctions are over, the users have 48HRS to complete a payment for their winning bids and 5 days to test applicable items. (Please read our Returns & Exchange policy)

If it's not the next Saturday yet, please remain patient and check again on Saturday.
